Job Description
Top-tier Swiss Private Bank looking to hire.
:
- Assist in project management
- Support the Physical Security Officer (PSO) for the physical and personal security of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s premises.
- Conduct regular reviews of all access control reports and logs, and highlight any irregularities to the reporting manager
- Support line manager in the area of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management.
- After-office hour support may be required to handle emergency, in both physical security and crisis management related matters.
- Provide awareness and facilitate security briefing/training
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V Lookup)
- Able to speak to people from all levels
- Good learning attitude and willing to hands on
- Applicants must be flexible with travelling when needed (Local)
- Only Singaporeans
Working hours : 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm Working location : Pasir Panjang 1 year contract (Renewable) + 1 month completion bonus
