What you do


Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions


Who you are


A degree in Business, Finance or a related field At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field Strong understanding of the financial services industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong in SQL, Python/R, data visualization (Tableau/PowerBI), and financial modeling. Experience in banking/fintech/ERP/e-commerce data is a huge plus. Preferably 7-10 years minimum working experience Balanced: not just a "data cruncher," but someone who can translate insights into business strategy and partner discussions.
