Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development (Hunter) who will play a key role in expanding the company's enterprise client base across the SEA region.





This is a highly proactive, outbound-driven role suited for someone confident in identifying new opportunities, opening doors with decision-makers, and closing strategic accounts. You will work closely with the founding team and regional leadership to accelerate growth in key markets.


Job Responsibilities



Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, networking). Identify and engage enterprise sales organizations with their sales reps selling high-value products or services. Collaborate with founders to develop strategies, convert accounts, and identify expansion opportunities. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across the SEA region. Provide market insights to refine go-to-market strategy and product positioning.

Job Requirements



At least 2 years of experience in SaaS / enterprise / consultative sales or business development. Proven track record in outbound hunting and new business generation. Independent, resourceful, and driven by achieving measurable results. An understanding of the SEA region is a plus. Experience engaging sales-led organizations (real estate, finance, tech, education) is preferred.
