Responsibilities Operational Excellence

• Assist in driving procurement excellence, contribution to sourcing services, quotes and coordinating between internal teams and external vendors for various projects
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of third-party vendor onboarding and curation process, including due diligence checks, onboarding form submission, and vendor tiering and scoring.
• Conduct ad hoc operational research and development, including project and workflow analysis, to identify areas of improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Assist in general administrative support within the operations team

Growth and Business Development

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify latest trends, opportunities (partnerships) and other areas for growth
• Explore methods and strategies to convey meaningful insights to stakeholder for decision makings (trends, patterns, predictive modelling)
• Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures materials

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mind
• Can work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
• Past working or internship experience in this field is preferred
