Job Description


MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to end
  • Proactively connect with candidates and build relationships that convert passive candidates to new hires
  • Conceptualize and execute recruitment and marketing campaigns to strengthen company positioning
  • Manage current and develop new strategic partnerships with various stakeholders in the sector
  • Process Work pass Application , arrange for arrival and accommodation
Job Requirements
  • Singaporean Only
  • Diploma or degree in Business Management / HR
  • Candidates with experience will be considered for a senior role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Organized and meticulous
  • Highly positive, flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic and fluid work environment
  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) Certification a bonus
