MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the recruitment process from start to end
Proactively connect with candidates and build relationships that convert passive candidates to new hires
Conceptualize and execute recruitment and marketing campaigns to strengthen company positioning
Manage current and develop new strategic partnerships with various stakeholders in the sector
Process Work pass Application , arrange for arrival and accommodation

Job Requirements

Singaporean Only
Diploma or degree in Business Management / HR
Candidates with experience will be considered for a senior role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Organized and meticulous
Highly positive, flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic and fluid work environment
Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) Certification a bonus
