One of our Japanese clients, who is operating real estate investment business in Singapore looking for Business Development Assistant in order to expand their business.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESYou will be responsible for bridging Japan HQ and Singapore / Other foreign countries by supporting sales activities like translating documents and clerical / general affairs related works.1xefxbcx8ePreparation of English version of property description documents (Done using with PowerPoint files)
2xefxbcx8eLiaising with suppliers (Phone / E-mail with Japanese real estate developers and brokers)
3xefxbcx8eAdministrative work (Paperwork, Sending documents to Japan, Scheduling of Japan property tours for buyers)
4xefxbcx8eSales support (Communication support between Singaporean sales staff and Japanese HQ staff)
5xefxbcx8eAdministrative reporting to investors (Translation of bank account statements, Reporting on daily real estate operations)JOB REQUIREMENTS
xe2x97x8f Business level proficiency in Japanese language both verbal and written in order to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders using Japanesexe2x97x8f Able to use Power Point or Microsoft Officexe2x97x8f Self-motivated and able to express your ideas internallyRequirements listed below are better to have,

Working days: Monday - FridayWorking hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: SGD 3,500-4,000 + AWS
Annual Leave: 14 days
Medical Leave: 14 days
