Responsibilities
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
Assist in lead generation tasks, including simple research, outreach, and identifying potential opportunities.
Maintain and update the lead management system to ensure accurate and organised records.
Prepare quotations, simple proposals, invoices, and other project-related documents.
Schedule appointments, coordinate client meetings, and support follow-up communication.
Build rapport with potential and existing clients to support ongoing relationships.
Provide general administrative support for BD activities, including data entry, record keeping, and other ad-hoc office tasks
Requirements
Open to students and fresh graduates from any discipline.
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in client-facing tasks.
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital collaboration tools.
Interest in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
Immediate starters preferred.
