Business Development Assistant Manager

Permanent role

Basic up to $ 4,800 + Fixed Allowance +VB

Monday to Friday: Office Hour

Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic plans for new stores, lease renewals, relocations, expansions, and closures. Negotiate and manage lease renewals with landlords to ensure favorable terms. Analyze the impact of renovation cycles, sales transfers, initiative rollouts, and store network changes. Conceptualize design ideas for tender proposals and maintain a pool of designers for project collaboration. Coordinate proactively with Project and Maintenance teams to address facility, renovation, and landlord improvement issues. Review contracts, consult solicitors when necessary, and highlight any deviations or anomalies. Process and track all lease documents to completion and maintain updated leasing reports and schedules. Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports for Senior Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property agents, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with legal, operational, and safety requirements. Conduct site visits to identify potential expansion opportunities. Work with landlords and property agents to secure new sites through tender or negotiation. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support long-term partnerships. Monitor real estate developments in Singapore to identify suitable sites for brand growth. Attend social, industry, and networking events as required.

Additional Information:

Strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. In-depth knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions. Ability to coordinate and leverage cross-functional resources to support business development initiatives. Highly motivated, with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Experience in F&B chains and public or private tendering processes is an added advantage.
