Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, culinary, procurement, and finance) to develop competitive catering solutions.
Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Monitor contract performance and support negotiations or renewals.
Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance business competitiveness.
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in business development or commercial management within institutional catering/foodservice.
Strong knowledge of institutional catering markets, tender processes, and client requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with good financial and commercial sense.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
