Business Development Consultant
to expand our HRIS solutions footprint in Singapore and Malaysia. The role will focus on direct client sales and building channel partnerships, playing a key role in driving regional growth and market presence..
What you'll be doing
Drive new business development through direct client engagement, prospecting, and consultative sales of HRIS solutions.
Develop, onboard, and manage strategic partners (e.g., HR consultants, technology resellers, payroll providers) to increase market reach.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and client workshops.
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation activities, campaigns, and events.
Provide feedback to product teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and opportunities for upselling.
What we're looking for
3-7 years of sales, business development, or consulting experience in HR technology, SaaS, Payroll, or Enterprise Software.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably with HRIS or workforce management solutions.
Experience in developing and managing channel/partner ecosystems in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Ability to engage effectively with HR leaders, IT stakeholders, and C-level executives.
Self-starter with strong business acumen and a growth mindset.
Willingness to travel across Singapore and Malaysia as required.
