Brand Evangelist (Singapore-Based)

About the Role

Mustard Seed Digital

is looking for a dynamic and confident individual to be the face and voice of Mustard Seed Digital -- someone who can both create compelling content and drive new business opportunities.

This hybrid role combines content creation, brand evangelism, and business development. You will work closely with our creative, performance marketing, and account management teams to tell our story, engage audiences, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Representation

Plan and produce short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn videos) and visual content. Write engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, case studies, and blogs. Host or co-host webinars, interviews, or podcasts to showcase expertise and client success. Build personal presence as the agency's "brand personality" on social channels.

Business Development

Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and events. Pitch Mustard Seed Digital's services to prospects with clarity and confidence. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations. Attend networking events and industry functions on behalf of the company.

Strategy & Growth

Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and BD goals. Track engagement and lead conversion metrics to evaluate performance. Support lead nurturing and client onboarding processes.

Requirements

Some prior experience in content creation, digital marketing, or business development. Comfortable and articulate on camera (sample content may be requested). Strong communication and copywriting skills. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, social media, paid ads). Proactive, self-driven, and confident in building new connections.
Bonus: Experience using Canva, CapCut, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, or similar tools.
