Tasks

• Lead strategic internal projects to increase efficiency, scalability, and service quality by adopting new technologies and enhancing current tech infrastructure.
• Evaluate and propose new initiatives & projects to senior leadership that can move the needle
• Independently plan and execute initiatives & projects with minimum to no supervision
• Collaborate internally across different areas and manage external service providers and resources
• Take over responsibility for data management, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
• Ability to understand complex sets of financial data and build data models to feed business intelligence and reporting areas
• Increase the company's operational efficiency through the utilisation of process automation

Requirements

• Passionate about building a business, have demonstrated attention to detail and a keen interest in process optimization and organization of growth
• Relevant experience (ideally around 3-7 years)
• Degree from a leading university
• Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of MS 365 (PowerPlatform, SharePoint, Office)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
• Bring positive energy & a hands-on can-do mentality to the team, and be entrepreneurial-minded
• Self-starter who works with low supervision & under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual team (spread across the globe)
• Knowledge of private equity and finance is a plus
