BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - DIGITAL

LOCATION: Singapore

HIRE TYPE: Full-time

Role Summary

The role\xe2\x80\x99s primary purpose is to deliver new digital sales revenues from current and prospective clients in the APAC region. This includes managing the entire sales lifecycle from identifying our target sectors and clients, identifying opportunities from existing clients, building the prospect database, delivering sales pitches to these prospects, following up to arrange meetings, presenting our initial credentials, and developing our proposals.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through closure. We are looking for a success-oriented individual with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, a high level of commitment, and a strong desire to be part of a top-notch sales team.

Strategic Thinking and Roadmap Development:
  • Has the ability to plan and build a strategic roadmap for sales initiatives.
  • Can envision long-term goals and break them down into actionable steps.
Proven Large Deal Sales Experience:
  • Demonstrates a track record of successfully closing and managing large deals.
  • Has the ability to navigate complex negotiations and decision-making processes.
  • Expertise in selling managed services on platforms like Adobe, Salesforce and similar platforms is added advantage
Logical and Analytical Approach with Problem Solving:
  • Applies logical thinking and data-driven analysis to decision-making.
  • Utilizes problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and overcome obstacles effectively.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
  • Adapts to changing market conditions, client needs, and industry trends.
  • Easily transitions between different strategies based on the situation.

  • Displays a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving goals.
  • Combines intelligence with diligent effort to deliver optimal results.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent professional experience required; MBA preferred
  • Prior experience with new business development /sales
  • Experience selling consulting/technology services/solutions
  • Experience selling and building relationships at all levels of seniority from day-to-day management to "C" level contacts
  • Experience in short and long-term sales processes, selling complex solutions to multiple contacts
  • Applicants must have the right to work in Singapore
