Key Responsibilities





Lead the planning, operation, and management of Japanese-style Shiatsu and Seitai outlets.





Supervise and train therapists to ensure authentic Japanese service and technique standards.





Develop comprehensive manuals, training systems, and franchise structures for scalability.





Formulate business strategies for cross-border expansion within the ASEAN region.





Oversee brand development, marketing direction, and quality control of services.





Requirements (Strictly Required)





1. Minimum 10 years of combined experience in managing and operating a Shiatsu or Japanese-style Seitai business in Japan.







2. At least 5 years of professional hands-on experience as a licensed acupuncturist(???) and Judo Seifukushi (?????).







3. Proven track record of managing multiple outlets or franchise operations.







4. Demonstrated expertise in staff training, curriculum development, and operational manual creation.







5. Strong understanding of Japanese-style customer service philosophy (Omotenashi) and how to adapt it to international markets.







6. Ability to develop franchise frameworks and business expansion plans for Singapore and neighboring countries.
