We are seeking a results-driven and strategic

Business Development Director

to lead our growth initiatives on a contract basis. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in alignment with our business objectives. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can operate independently with minimal supervision.



Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive company growth in target markets. Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation. Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align on go-to-market strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present business proposals, ROI analyses, and strategic plans to stakeholders. * Report regularly on KPIs, deal progress, and pipeline status to leadership.
