Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Lead the development and execution of business development strategies focused on expanding market presence and securing strategic partnerships across various sectors including education, consultancy, and management services. Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and government bodies to drive client acquisition and long-term partnerships. Develop and implement revenue generation strategies that ensure consistent growth of business pipelines, while achieving key sales and operational targets. Guide and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment of sales goals with company objectives. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and industry trends. Lead high-value contract negotiations and manage key business relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders to support business goals. Provide tailored solutions and consultancy services to clients, ensuring successful project delivery and enhanced client satisfaction.


Requirements:


Business development experience in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth in consulting, education, or related industries. Proven experience leading and managing teams, driving performance, and mentoring junior staff. Strong ability to negotiate high-value contracts and build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
