Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and strategic clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) to support business initiatives
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and reports to senior management
Lead contract negotiations and manage the deal-closing process
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
