The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving business growth, managing strategic relationships, and leading commercial initiatives across the APAC region. This role requires a dynamic executive with extensive telecommunications industry experience and a proven track record of building high-value partnerships at the C-suite level.

What you'll do
Lead business development strategies to expand DT One's market presence across APAC
Manage and nurture senior-level relationships with major telecommunications operators and key accounts
Drive adoption of DT One's ODM platform among mobile operators through strategic engagement and innovative solution selling
Develop and execute new commercial projects, identifying untapped market opportunities and creative revenue streams
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial success
Represent DT One at industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings
Develop and manage regional P&L responsibilities and revenue targets
Requirements
10+ years of experience in the telecommunications or connectivity tech industry, with 5+ years in senior commercial roles.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong network of C-level relationships with MNOs, MVNOs, or platform partners in the region.
Experience leading enterprise partnerships and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Strong understanding of eSIM, mobile data, global roaming, digital distribution, and/or platform ecosystems.
Track record in launching new products or partnerships in app-led, digital-first environments.
Experience with partner ecosystems, including affiliate, reseller, or API-based distribution.
Strategic mindset with a bias for execution, adaptability, and creativity.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English. Additional regional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 40-50%.
