Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on technical financing opportunities.

Market Analysis:

Identifying and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to pinpoint potential growth areas.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the technical financing space.

Deal Origination:

Identifying, evaluating, and structuring new business opportunities, often involving complex technical financing arrangements.

Financial Analysis:

Conducting thorough cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling for potential projects and ventures.

Proposal Development:

Leading the creation of compelling proposals and presentations to secure financing deals.

Negotiation and Closing:

Overseeing negotiations and facilitating the closing of financing agreements.

Team Leadership:

Leading and mentoring a team of business development professionals, fostering collaboration and driving performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Working closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and engineering, to ensure successful project execution.

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, revenue growth, and deal closures.
Skills and Qualifications:

A deep understanding of business principles, financial markets, and the technical aspects of project financing.

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of various financing structures, including debt financing, equity financing, and project finance.
