You will establish the yearly marketing programs for your portfolio/ products to increase market shares within the allocated budget.
You will also be responsible to effectively manage the allocated A&P expenditures of your products whilst ensuring proper segmentation/differentiation of brands in their respective therapeutics areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To develop, conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns/collaterals roll-outs.
To analyze products\' performance in the market e.g. ranking, market share, penetration rate, growth rate.
To formulate and to establish product sales plan including competitive tactics and selling messages to grow sales, to increase market shares and profits.
To ensure effective budgetary control of marketing expenses.
To formulate, establish and implement marketing strategies of new products including product positioning, target segment, initial pricing strategy, distribute or implement A&P budget.
Where applicable, the Management shall, at its discretion, revise the above by adding or removing the terms to meet the business\'s needs without prior notice.
Requirements
Min of Diploma or Degree in any field
Full training/ mentorship will be provided, no experience needed
Candidates with a strong track record in sports or CCAs with have an added advantage
Candidates with a great team spirit, persistency, good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
