& RequirementsJob Responsibilities:

• Build strong knowledge of sales processes and product offerings.
• Identify and qualify new inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Conduct customer calls to qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the Sales team.
• Partner closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts.
• Nurture early-stage opportunities to develop future sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect activity records to ensure effective lead management.
• Engage with clients to understand their hiring requirements, follow-up closely on client's job order fulfilment and expectations
• Enhance customer-centric sales skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma or degree, preferably in business-related fields. Candidates who have no experience but are interested in sales and business development are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for candidates who do not have experience in business development and/or sales.
• Strong organizational, communication skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
• Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company's sales targets
