We are assisting our client to seek for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to promote corporate training products and consultancy services. This role requires candidates with strong
door-to-door or outdoor sales experience
who are comfortable engaging with B2B clients face-to-face to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and follow up on new sales leads for corporate training and consultancy services.
Perform outdoor sales activities, including door-to-door engagement, to expand client base and market presence.
Develop and execute end-to-end account business plans, including research, documentation, and internal coordination to meet client needs.
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships to maximize revenue.
Manage delivery of training and consultancy projects, ensuring client satisfaction and timely execution.
Monitor service quality and take corrective actions where necessary to achieve sustainable results.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in door-to-door/outdoor sales
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
Confident in using digital tools and technology to engage with clients.
Self-motivated, performance-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
