Business Development Executive (b2b Sales & Oem)

Job Description

Boxgreen is looking for someone who has superb coordination skills and attention to details to join our B2B Sales team. You will be part of the team behind Boxgreen's corporate program & OEM Services: building and maintaining meaningful office customer relationships with offices across the country and manage our OEM services. The candidate will help to build and maintain meaningful office and retail customer relationships with corporates across the island.

Responsibilities:

  • B2B customer account management across different industries with corporate and OEM Clients
  • Plan and create monthly product schedule for clients
  • Issuing of invoices and POs to clients
  • Making sure delivery orders are handed to fulfillment team timely
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple business units on B2B efforts : Design, Marketing, Production and Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of our products to our client.
  • Making adhoc changes by clients relating to their orders
  • After sales customer service support and calls
  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple marketing channels (inbound/outbound marketing)
  • Actively track sales data and hit all required sales metrics
  • Manage receivables from clients to ensure collections are timely.
  • Attend to existing customer needs and look for opportunities to educate them on new products and services
  • Handling other day-to-day b2b transactions and other assigned activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • Prefer candidates with at least 1 year of Business Development or Corporate Account Management experience.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply, training will be provided!
  • Strong Excel and Market Research skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority deals simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in food and beverage industry is a plus
  • A creative problem-solver who can think on their feet and make decisions quickly
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, trustworthy and tactful
  • Must be comfortable communicating with all employee levels
