Role Description (Basic + Commission package)
This position requires the candidate to meet the client on-site. Candidates will be provided with OJT to ensure an effective transition into the role. Candidates will also be trained to ensure the candidate is familiar with products they are presenting to the client.
Specific Responsibilities:
Individuals to be involved in:
Generate new business with business owners.
Manage portfolio accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Competencies
Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
Digital marketing tools to analyze client’s business
How to engage customers professionally and maintain relationship
Sales skills and techniques
