Job Description
We are seeking a
Business Development Executive
responsible for identifying growth opportunities, analysing market trends, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance business performance and support long-term objectives.What You'll Do:
Drive strategic growth by analysing market trends, industry benchmarking and evaluating competitor positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to develop and implement business plans. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to senior management. Evaluate business risks and recommend contingency strategies. Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders and leadership teams. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Fresh Graduates Welcome to apply 2-3 years of experience in business strategy, consulting is a plus point. Knowledge of MS office suite would be a definite advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team player - able to build rapport and develop positive team culture. Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
