Key Responsibilities
1. Partner & Dealer Engagement
Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with
car dealers
and existing
workshop partners

Develop and manage strategic partnerships to increase business volume and brand reach.
2. Corporate Sales Development
Identify and pursue opportunities to
promote and sell corporate automotive packages
.
Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
3. Supplier & Vendor Exploration
Source and evaluate
new suppliers
to enhance service offerings or improve pricing and quality.
Negotiate favourable terms and build sustainable supplier relationships.
4. Market Expansion & Innovation
Research and explore
new business opportunities within the automotive industry
, including service enhancements, digital platforms, and strategic collaborations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
5. Reporting & Strategy
Provide regular updates on partnership progress, sales activities, and business leads.
Support management in developing long-term growth strategies.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (preferably in the automotive industry)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Good understanding of the automotive sector is a plus
Possesses own transport is an advantage
