Job Title: Business Development Executive (E-comm)

Our Japanese Client is a 100% subsidiary of an international logistics company, established in 1997. They handle all international transportation and logistics.:
- Efficiently manage daily order processing, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.- Oversee product listing and catalog management, maintaining up-to-date product information.- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Physical check might be needed from time to time.- Maintain and improve basic product descriptions to enhance product discoverability and consumer understanding.- Collaborate with relevant team and Client to implement website design changes and other non-product-related amendments as necessary.- Act as a liaison between the business development team and marketing/social media personnel to ensure synergy in e-commerce strategies.- Establish and nurture strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and partners to drive growth and opportunities.- Serve as the primary point of contact for product and order inquiries, addressing customer or partner queries promptly and professionally.- Handle logistics-related inquiries to ensure efficient order delivery.- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including managing customer feedback and addressing complaints effectively.- Undertake various ad hoc tasks related to the business, such as meeting preparation and assisting in day-to-day operations.- Be prepared for occasional business trips as required.Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or higher educational level; a major in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain and Logistics Management is preferred.- At least 1 year of proven experience in e-commerce account management and business development.- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing and social media.- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding post-sales support.- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed for business purposes.Compensation:
