Job Description

Responsibilities:



Identify businesses/office tenants as potential clients and assess their cleaning needs. Conduct cold-calling, site visits, email campaigns, social media and other outreach strategies to attract clients. Study industry trends and competitors and use insights to design competitive and appealing service proposals. Prepare engaging sales materials and presentations to secure deals. Build and maintain relationships with office tenants and stakeholders. Gather client feedback to improve services. Attend tender interviews and fulfill tender documentation and requirements. Negotiate service agreements, focusing on long-term client partnerships. Work closely with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction. Support tasks related to the HomeHelpy app for on-demand cleaning services.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field, preferably in Business/Marketing. At least 1-year relevant working experience in facility services and management, especially in B2B sales. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. CRM experience will be advantageous. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships. Outgoing and resilient personality, able to work independently. Skilled in analysing the market to identify and secure growth opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
