• Position Title: Business Development Executive (Leasing)
• Working Location: Bukit Timah
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM-6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and emerging trends.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to stay informed about industry developments.
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to engage them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare and review lease agreements to ensure they are legally sound and meet company standards.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize lease agreements.
• Oversee leasing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to facilitate leasing processes.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or leasing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of leasing agreements.
