Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our food manufacturing company. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the local and export market. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong business acumen, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and a deep understanding of the food manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's growth objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the company Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product offerings and solutions for clients Monitor and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are being met or exceeded Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a Business Development in the food manufacturing and/or food & beverage industry Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the food manufacturing sector Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive growth Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
