Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and strategic

Business Development Executive or Manager

to lead growth initiatives within the

healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech

sectors. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, forming key partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence through effective business strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech firms Drive end-to-end sales and partnership processes, from lead generation to contract closure Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategy accordingly Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, regulatory, marketing, etc.) to align business development strategies with company goals Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentation materials for clients and partners Deliver regular reports on sales pipeline, client feedback, and market conditions to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field 1 year (Executive) / 3+ years (Manager) of relevant business development experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong network within the healthcare, pharma, or life science sectors Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and results-oriented
