Job Overview



We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves prospecting, networking, and developing creative strategies to expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business strategies. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking sessions. Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in sales, business development, or client servicing is an advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. * Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
