What You'll Do:



Be the trusted point of contact for our clients, guiding them through product adoption and best practices. Drive engagement and help customers make the most of our platform. Lead generation Collaborate with Marketing team to deliver a seamless customer experience. Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and growth within client accounts. Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve customer satisfaction
