Proactively prospect new leads through targeted outreach strategies such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Analyze potential clients' cleaning needs and conduct market research to develop competitive proposals.
Develop compelling sales materials and presentations to showcase service offerings and close deals.
Attend tender interviews and follow up with tender requirements.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements, focusing on long-term partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine service offerings.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with contract requirements and client expectations.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably with experience in Facilities Management.
Proven track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
CRM experience will be advantageous.
Skilled communicator adept at fostering relationships.
Proactive and outgoing personality with a sharp eye for opportunities.
