Create, manage and maintain an up-to-date customer list
Identify and develop Key Opinion Leader for various surgical segments
Identify and develop B2C or B2B collaborations that strengthens depth in identified surgical
segments
Sales contract review and management
Assist in the coordination of regional or global meetings
Plan and execute new product evaluation and introduction to the market
Monitor and grow revenue at user level and surgical segment level
Monitor profit / loss of specific surgical segment
Support Quality Management System in the areas of customer feedback, complaints,
Adverse Events, customer training and education, and any other relevant areas as determined by Quality Management Representative.
Skills and competencies required:
Good communication skills
Strong ability to organise and track information
Strong business acumen
Good problem-solver
Understanding of regulatory requirements
Ability to analyse market trends, competitors, and unique selling proposition.
