Job Description

Responsibilities:

• The Business Development Executive will have responsibility for driving market share and qualifying leads.
• The Business Development Executive will follow up on web inquiries, pre-qualify leads, and develop to the point of Sales closure.
• In addition to inbound inquiries, the Business Development Specialist will perform prospecting, marketing event outreach and sales development functions to build a pipeline within targeted accounts designated by management.
• An implicit responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to conduct business dealings with prospects in a way that creates a superior customer/prospect experience to set the stage for future sales.

Period:

• 2 year contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)

Location:

• AMK Digital HUB

Working hours:

• Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri; 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm

Salary:

• Up to $4k + PB

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline (Fresh Welcome)
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales and business development hunter role for professional services preferred
• Candidates with complex sales, Business Process Outsourcing or Call Centre services sales experienced preferred
• Be familiar with GeBiz and large-scale tendering processes
• Be comfortable working/partnering with Digital and Technology vendors and sub-contractors to translate business requirements to tender solutions
• Strong self-starter with excellent networking and persuasion skills
• Good communication, complex proposal writing, powerpoint and presentation skills
• Meticulous with strong numeracy skills
• Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.
• High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity
• Able to work well in a team and as an individual contributor
• Have the desire to succeed in a dynamic environment. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work.
