The Role As a Business Development Executive at our full-service Digital Marketing and Creative Agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and brand recognition. Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities, working closely with our Management Team and fellow Business Development colleagues to align on strategies and goals. You will be instrumental in coordinating sales and project pitches, ensuring that we effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients. With a strong background in Business Development or Sales, you will leverage your industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and creative thinking to establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to complexity and ambiguity will be crucial in achieving or exceeding our sales targets and performance metrics.   • Actively seeking and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth, including prospect research, market analysis, and lead generation
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Coordinating sales and project pitches, collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Working closely with our Management Team and fellow Business Development colleagues to align on strategies, goals, and resource allocation
  • Representing DANAMIC and participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and expand our professional network
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics, such as the number of project tenders secured and prospective clients reached
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to help refine our service offerings, strategies, and business development initiatives
Skills & Experiences
  • At least 1-2 years of proven Business Development and/or Sales experience, preferably in the Creative and Media Industry or adjacent industries
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals related to our core services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and prospects in a revolving leads pipeline
  • Strong leadership skills, organizational mindset, and creative thinking
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, conversational capacity, goal setting, action planning, curiosity, and the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity
  • Confident in liaising with clients to gain an understanding of the briefs, pitches or other collaterals required to secure the account and/or projects, while being able to handle their changing needs
  • Able to recommend and dive into business-related tools and analytics in order to gather actionable insights and generate new business opportunity ideas or units
  • Good command of the English language is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
