1103 STUDIOS is seeking to add two business development executives to their team. Ideally, the successful candidates will be in place prior to the start of 11 Dec 2023. Our hiring process is thorough, but moves quickly for the right candidate.

About You The ideal candidate for this role will be an accomplished salesperson with the ability to work from an office located within Paya Lebar/Ubi and travel to visit prospects 60 to 70% of the month. You should have a proven track record of success in a complex selling environment, with the ability to consistently close deals. We are particularly interested in candidates with knowledge of the retail industry, particularly in F&B, automotive, and beauty and spa. However, we welcome applications from individuals who have a history of sales success in other industries and are able to quickly learn and retain knowledge. While we are looking for candidates who are already operating at a high level, we also value individuals who are open to training and coaching as a means of constant growth.

Your responsibilities will include: prospecting, carrying out strategy sessions with prospects, building and managing a sales pipeline, and converting the potential leads into successful deals. You will play a role of a consultant by understanding the business needs and pain points, doing the product demonstrations and introducing the best solutions to the business.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• We don\xe2\x80\x99t hire backgrounds or educations. We hire for performance.
• Proven Sales Success and 1 Year Experience Preferred.
• We welcome Real Estate Salesperson, Interior Designers, Car Salesperson, Credit Cards Salesperson and Financial Consultants.
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
• You must be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
• Big Believer that Digital Marketing, Social Media and Digital Transformation can help business grow!
• Experience in digital marketing, SEM, SEO, PPC, high ticket sales or advertising sales is a HUGE plus but not essential.
