Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promoting the company\'s products/services and addressing or predicting clients\' objectives.
  • Preparing sales contracts ensures adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Setting goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Responsible for work assignments across your team within defined SLAs and productivity targets set at the department and company level
  • Serve as the first escalation point for all tasks handled by our team
  • Identify operational issues and areas for improvement, and make detailed recommendations on how to improve the merchant onboarding experience
