Focus on converting prospects into paying agent subscribers
To drive agents\' penetration and meet team target
Meet the team target of renewalsCreate a target list for each day
Prioritize the target list and set number of cold calls for the day
Plan and set call schedule for follow-up sales calls for the day
Strive to increase the conversion rate of - Call to Opportunity
Strive to increase the win rate of - Opportunity to Sales/Closed WonRecord sales activity in CRM
Maintain accurate and up to date sales activity in CRM
Complied to SOP of the CRM usage.Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on renewing prospects to become PropertyGuru Group subscribers
Make sales calls in line with the daily targets
Fulfil daily call attempt based on given target and effective call target percentage.
Convert call activities into sales, by applying consultative selling techniques.Engage in regular and frequent communication with each prospect
Ensure scheduled follow-up sales calls are meet.
Ensure meaningful communications with value to each prospect
Ensure the communications and messages are delivered to prospects in an effective modeTimely and accurate reporting of sales performance
Weekly team sales reporting to Sales Manager
Clear and detailed reporting of individual performanceEnsure smooth transition of renewal sales
Record all Agent details accurately
Receive and process payment from the Agents via correct payment method
Work closely with the Account Management team and Finance to ensure sales is processed accordinglyRequirements:
At least 2-3 year of experience in a Sales environment
Familiar with telesalesRequired:
Business telephone etiquette
Strong communications skills
Sales and negotiation skills
Able to converse in English
Desirable
