Executive.Responsibilities:
- Manage relationship with IFA firms and increase sales performance from IFA firms and Bank
- Monitor day to day Admin support to IFA firm and Bank partners.
- Tie-up with new IFA and regular follow up
- Explore tie-up with new banks for Banca channel.
- To gather information of Competitors products and new product/concepts launches in the
- Design and execute distribution related motivation, town halls and incentive meetings
- Providing inputs for new Product Development Process as per the need of market.
- Has knowledge of managing Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter)
- Administer routine jobs for agent onboarding/offboarding, commission payment.
- Liaison with LIA and regular submissions of required statistic to LIA.
- Key Performance Indicators: Sales Target (Business Volume), No of New Distribution
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must Possess the Insurance Qualifications from SCI (M5 M9 & M9A) or any other
in a local/international company.Salary : Upto 5K pm (open for negotiations)
