Our client is a leading price reporting agency in the commodities space, providing critical market intelligence to clients across the globe.Their subscription service offers real-time data, analysis, and insights on a wide range of commodities, including Oil & Gas and Carbon.The Role:As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving their growth by acquiring new customers in the commodities space within APAC.You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase their value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in subscription sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
