Job Description

Adecco is partnering with an established and leading MNC with a wide portfolio of water technology products and they are looking for a BD Executive/Premier Customer Partner to join their team!

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferably premium segment).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with proven success in managing B2B and premium customers.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools & sales analytics with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Sales & Business Development - Identify new leads, drive sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and support premium customer sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong B2B and premium customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Operational Support - Oversee order processing, coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Market Insights - Monitor industry trends, analyze sales data/feedback, and support targeted promotional campaigns.
Team Collaboration & Training - Partner with retail sales teams, mentor new members, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
