Our

Business Development Executive (Strategist)

is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, analysing market trends, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance business performance and support long-term objectives.

What You'll Do:

Drive strategic growth by studying market trends, benchmarking the industry, and reviewing competitor strategies. Collaborate with teams (marketing, sales, finance) to develop and execute business plans. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to senior management. Evaluate business risks and recommend contingency strategies. Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as required. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in business strategy; consulting background is a bonus. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team player - able to build rapport and develop positive team culture. Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset.
