Job Description

This position reports to our Corporate Services Manager and will be liaising directly with our international clients to understand their business, maintain a strong relationship with the clients, and advise them on any corporate issues they may face.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in corporate secretarial work including advisory work, in preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings.
  • Handling ACRA lodgements.
  • Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensuring client's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for Singapore or offshore jurisdictions.
  • Providing regular review/updates and maintaining proper records of clients' KYC/CDD compliance.
  • Maintaining proper updates of companies' registers and statutory records via the corporate secretarial software.
  • Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of client work, and maintaining high-level clients' services.
  • Assist in cross-selling of other services provided by other arms of the Company when an opportunity arises.
  • Gather clients' feedback for improving the service-providing process.
  • Maintain a strong and ongoing relationship with clients by updating new and exclusive services from time to time
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.
Requirements
  • At least a Diploma in Business/Accounting/Legal studies.
  • Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
  • Good listener, able to elicit information efficiently and effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fast learner, you can expect to gain knowledge from various areas in a fast pace environment.
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit, suggesting new and better ways for the company to be successful.
