We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused business development personnel to join our F&B team. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting our products/service and event space. This key role will drive revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Development Executive is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies with our existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and profitability.
Correspond and arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
Prepare sales proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
To actively report and update management on all bookings and appointments.
Track and report key metrics including guest interactions, sales performance, and event outcomes.
Provide actionable feedback to management on guest trends, opportunities for improvement, and market demands.
Qualifications/ Skills and Abilities:
At least 3-5 year of experience in sales with a track record of converting interactions into bookings and revenue.
Good team player, Outgoing, personable, and confident when interacting with high-profile clients and guests
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate, self-driven and takes initiative
Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.
Strong existing network of corporate decision-makers and/or high-net-worth individuals is highly advantageous.
Additional Information
Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 (Based on Experience)
Five (5) days' work week
