Adecco is partnering a global logistics MNC with worldwide presence in more than 20 countries. We are in search for a Business Development Executive where you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for the Warehousing Team.The Job:
Increase revenue and foster good relationship with existing clients.
Generate new leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Establish and nurture strong relationship with existing and new clientele.
Regularly follow up with clients to promote upselling and enhance retention.
Effectively communicate with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes to pickup/delivery and potential service disruptions.
Report customer issues to management.
Implement and oversee strategic objectives to optimize sales, profitability, and achieve or surpass sales targets.
Engage in contract negotiations and rate agreements.
The Talent:
Relevant sales or business development experience in the logistics industry.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
