We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with interior designers. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities and liaising with interior designers to promote and use Hera Bathroom products.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source new business opportunities within the interior design industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers and other key stakeholders. Present Hera Bathroom products and solutions to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing market share. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design or home improvement industry. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for design. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
