Business Development & Integration


Support evaluation and execution of new business opportunities (whitespace channels, partnerships, or new product development). Participate in end-to-end integration planning and execution for partnerships and strategic projects. Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, supply chain, HR, and commercial teams to ensure smooth alignment. Assist in building integration frameworks, playbooks, and governance processes. Develop basic business cases, financial models, and integration KPIs to track progress.
Master Data Exposure


Learn and support the role of Master Data Process Owner. Assist in designing and documenting data governance standards to ensure accuracy and consistency. Partner with IT/MDM teams to streamline workflows and approvals. Track Master Data KPIs and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Participate in training sessions to build organizational capability under the "one company, one system, one way of working" approach.
Leadership Development


Take part in structured training modules covering strategy, data management, project management, and leadership. Engage in change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities. Receive mentoring and feedback to accelerate career growth.

Key Skills & Competencies

Recent graduate or early career professional (0-2 years of experience). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator, able to collaborate across diverse teams. Curious, proactive, and adaptable to change. IT knowledge or ERP/Master Data exposure is an advantage.
