Zhiyun Chinese Dance Academy, established in 2021, is a premier Chinese dance studio dedicated to providing exceptional Chinese dance education to individuals of all ages, from children to adults. Our mission is to promote and share the rich cultural heritage of Chinese dance, nurturing a deep appreciation for its beauty, artistry, and significance.

Our team of experienced instructors specializes in a wide range of Chinese dance styles, from classical and folk to contemporary and fusion, and are committed to helping students develop their skills and reach their full potential. Our curriculum is carefully designed to cater to each student\'s unique learning needs, offering both individual and group classes to ensure a personalized and enriching experience.

Job Purpose:

To assist in business growth efforts by researching and supporting potential business opportunities, contributing to online presence (social media/content creation) and supporting various initiatives. This role will be crucial in reaching out and expanding our network with both clients and potential business partnerships.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners and market trends.

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategies to create engaging, relevant and visually appealing content for lead generation and outreach.

Support in developing, planning, scheduling and posting of social media content, campaigns, contests and partnerships across various social media platforms.

Monitor and engage with comments, messages and mentions on social media platforms.

Assist in sales and communication.

Assist in organising and attending events and shows.

Assist in identifying new market segments and potential growth areas for the company.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for business expansion.

Monitor and track industry news, competitor activities and relevant events.

Contribute to development and refinement of business development processes.

Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports on business development activities, progress and outcomes to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications & Specifications:

Currently pursuing the studies of Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Bilingual: efficient in both written and spoken language of English and Mandarin.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Interest in various digital marketing platforms, their audiences and social media trends.

Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

Proficiency in using social media tools.

Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with or willingness to learn design or editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut/\xe5\x89\xaa\xe6\x98\xa0.

Proficiency in or the willingness to learn photography, videography and use of camera equipment such as a stabiliser will be beneficial.

Interest in dance or Chinese arts and culture is not required but will be ideal.
